EVERBOARD ™ is a high-performance composite roof cover board made from high-performance composite packaging materials. Created using food and beverage cartons, Everboard ™ is a sustainable solution made with no water, glues or other chemicals, emitting no VOCs.

The process uses no formaldehyde glues or mining inputs and produces materials with a carbon footprint that’s significantly lower than traditional gypsum- , cement- or wood-based products.

Beyond its environmental advantages, it is built tough and simple to install. In fact, it is more durable and easier to work with than most gypsum-based roof boards out there.

Fire Resistant (Class A Rating)

Class A for non-combustible decks up to 2.5/12 pitch and for combustible decks up to 1/12 pitch.

Tested to 3990 PSI — resists point loads, heavy foot traffic, and rooftop equipment.

For every 1,000 square feet of EVERBOARD ™ rescues one ton of waste from being burned or landfilled. This means a 50,000 square-foot building diverts about 100,000 lbs of waste from the landfill.
